Employee Permitting & Inspection Central Portal
The Construction Industries Division has launched a new permitting portal. The Employee Permitting and Inspection Central (EPIC). The new EPIC portal is designed so you can track applications in real-time, easily apply for a permit, or even request an inspection in just a few clicks.

To prepare for the launch of EPIC, you will need to update your information by contacting CID at: CID.PermitHelp@rld.nm.gov. Please include company name, email address, and license number. EPIC registration emails will be sent to the official email address on file for each Licensed Professional just before launch. *Please note, only qualified parties will be able to access the EPIC. If you are an employee, please contact the qualified party for your company.

- The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services in administering the licensing/certification program for the Construction Industries Division (CID) and Manufactured Housing Division (MHD) and developing and administering examinations required for licensure or certification for CID and for the MHD. The services will be provided pursuant to the following laws: the Construction Industries Licensing Act; the Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Compressed Natural Gas Act; Manufactured Housing Licensing Act; and applicable chapters of the New Mexico Administrative Code.
